Welcome

"I’m happy that you found your way here.  Let me share with you what Present Heart is about.  Each of us is capable of a deep understanding of our own heart and mind, and contemplative practices can help us to develop this understanding. It’s about opening ourselves to the fullness of life and to the love that surrounds and lives through us.  When our mind is centered in the present and our heart is open, we discover a sense of wholeness, connectedness and peace right where we are. We experience a kind of homecoming. The Present Heart site offers contemplative resources to support this return to our true home in presence and love." — Louise
